Join our team as a Landscape Crew Leader and take charge of creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces!
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians to execute landscaping, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture projects with precision and enthusiasm
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repair, and general site upkeep
- Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently across all job sites to maintain a secure working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service
- Manage equipment usage and maintenance to maximize efficiency and longevity of tools and machinery
- Support team members’ development through coaching on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and operational best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, land management, or horticulture with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques
- Prior supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation, repair, and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and client interaction
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- Landscape Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
