Conde Group is seeking an Information Technology Systems Administrator/Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team! We are seeking a motivated and adaptable IT professional to support and maintain a multi-location technology environment supporting approximately 100 users across multiple states. This role supports the day-to-day operation, security, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, while also supporting the unique operational needs of a public safety communications organization.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience across Microsoft environments, networking, cybersecurity, workstation support, VPN connectivity, wireless infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and operational support. Experience supporting mission-critical or public safety environments is strongly preferred. This position requires someone capable of balancing user support, infrastructure management, documentation, security compliance, and operational reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:

Administer and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Group Policy, user accounts, and access controls.

Manage server infrastructure, virtualization environments, workstation deployment, software updates, system backups, disaster recovery, software licensing, and IT asset inventory.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking infrastructure, including Cisco switches and routers, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching, wireless networks, WAN connectivity, and Cradlepoint LTE/5G solutions.

Design and support secure remote access, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and network connectivity for multiple office and field locations.

Monitor and maintain cybersecurity controls, including endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication (MFA), patch management, vulnerability monitoring, access controls, and compliance with NIST security best practices.

Support cybersecurity initiatives through system hardening, network segmentation, policy documentation, compliance efforts, and basic incident response activities.

Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, conferencing technology, and enterprise applications for approximately 100 users across multiple locations.

Manage user onboarding and offboarding, device deployment, account provisioning, and documentation of IT systems, procedures, and support activities.

Administer and troubleshoot PBX and VoIP phone systems, including user provisioning, call routing, and voice system integrations.

Develop and maintain basic scripts, automations, reports, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency and standardize IT processes.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support infrastructure, telecommunications, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
-
Experience with Cradlepoint platforms and LTE/5G cellular networking.

Working knowledge of SharePoint, VMware or Hyper-V, and VoIP/PBX systems.

Experience with PowerShell, scripting languages, or basic automation and programming.

Familiarity with SQL and database fundamentals.

Knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, cybersecurity best practices, and security monitoring tools.

Experience supporting public safety, utilities, government, communications, or other mission-critical environments.

Experience supporting remote field personnel, mobile workforces, and multi-site operations.

Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
Position Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows desktop and server environments, Cisco networking, VPN technologies, wireless networking, and general network troubleshooting.

Experience supporting multi-site IT environments and remote users.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel occasionally between company and customer sites.

Ability to pass required background checks for access to public safety, government, and critical infrastructure facilities.

Ability to pass pre-employment and/or random drug screenings in accordance with company and customer requirements.
