Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restroom Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of restroom facilities in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for all patrons. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation, contributing to the overall experience of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in surrounding areas, ensuring that all surfaces are free from debris and spills.
- Conduct regular inspections of restrooms to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with custodial duties as needed, including floor care and buffing.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries or concerns regarding restroom facilities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
- Experience in porter services or residential painting is a plus but not required.
