We are looking for a respectful individual to maintain housekeeping standards in our senior living apartments.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident apartments, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathroom areas and fixtures, cleaning windows/sills, dusting fixtures, emptying trash containers, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, dry and wet mopping, and dusting blinds.
- Replace in-room supplies
- Clean public/service areas including cleaning/polishing furnishings, fixtures, window areas, sweeping, dusting, wet mopping, cleaning bathrooms, sanitizing bathroom fixtures
- Perform laundry services
- In all areas, discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles. Dispose of trash into outdoor receptacles routinely.
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Skills
- Proven working experience in housekeeping required . Medical or senior living housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
