We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Alameda, California. This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative rehab environment.
Active Physical Therapist License (California)
Current BLS certification
Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility
Document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and home programs
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
36 hours guaranteed per week
13-week contract with extension potential
