Lucky’s Market Apothecary Department offers a wide variety of healthy living products that are as dynamic and exciting as the people who use them. You’ll find everything from immune health options to body care, even the over-the-counter remedies your family needs.
This position is focused on customer service, sales and general department organization and beautification. We are searching for a part-time team member that will work up to 28 hours per week. Hours do vary, however we d require you to be available first and second shift and all weekend store operating hours.
Duties
- Assist customers with knowledge, empathy and sincerity by directing them to products and explaining product features
- Responds positively to customer’s inquiries and assists customers with purchases, information and product selection; requires selling and cross selling of products.
- Maintain excellent department appearance and assist with department merchandising to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Stocks Apothecary department; includes presentation of product, facing, filling, and organization of all product items as set by the department schematics as well as ensuring tag and pricing accuracy.
- Participates in pre-inventory preparation; includes back stock and assuring tags match products
Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge and experience with Apothecary products including but not limited to:
- Oils
- Teas
- CBD
- Herbs/Plants
- Natural Health & Beauty
- Medicines
- Display a strong and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multi-task, good communication skills, customer service orientated, patience, adaptable, high energy level, and good integrity
- Possess a passion for natural remedies
- Ability to left up to 25 pounds for stocking of merchandise.
