- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws.
- Manage property listings, marketing strategies, and client communications effectively.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate records and administrative tasks.
