At Apex Filling Systems, we're looking for a Parts & Service Specialist who will become the primary point of contact for customers needing replacement parts, service, troubleshooting, and technical support. You'll work closely with our service technicians, engineering team, production staff, and customers to ensure every request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for parts and service inquiries.
- Respond to customer requests by identifying needs, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
- Coordinate service calls by gathering information, triaging issues, and scheduling technicians when needed.
- Follow projects from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring customers stay informed every step of the way.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional parts, service, or preventative maintenance that benefits the customer.
- Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely delivery and successful service outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and internal systems.
- Monitor key performance metrics including quote conversion, response times, on-time fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and create an even better customer experience.
