Starting Pay: $15.55 +Tips
Fully Trained: $17.05 +Tips
Shift Lead $19.30+Tips
$.50 Raise with ServSafe Manager certification
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Knowledge of the menu and ingredients, showing new and/or return customers what we're all about!
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
- Potential for cross training in kitchen.
- Sanitize surfaces and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards in the food service area.
- Work as a team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Support BOH staff as needed during busy periods, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in customer service is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to train anyone that has the right attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, open availability preferred.
