Fractional Controller + Omaha
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fractional Controller. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working with small businesses and providing hands-on financial oversight without the full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee and process payroll and commission payments
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, primarily QuickBooks Desktop
- Utilize ADP for payroll processing and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or in a similar hands-on accounting role
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online
- Experienced with ADP payroll systems
- Able to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and communicate effectively with leadership
- Comfortable working onsite in a small team environment
