Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Experience working in a medical office is a bonus
