Our portfolio consists of over 1500 housing units in south and east Louisville. We have been serving our Louisville community for over 30 years.
We are currently seeking one to two full-time Property Managers for a scattered site office located at 710 Barret Ave. Duties include but are not limited to supervision of rental units, communication and management of current and future residents, advertising vacancies and processing applications, tracking and handling delinquency, preparing and sending of notices, leasing of vacant apartments and processing of applications, administration and sending of lease agreements. Hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (no weekend hours). Pay is between $23-$26/hour depending on experience, plus up to ~$1000/month in commissions ($75 per renewal commission, split move in commissions).
