We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technology-minded individual to support business operations, process improvement initiatives, and the implementation of AI tools throughout our organization.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate, college student nearing graduation, or an early-career professional interested in business operations, technology, artificial intelligence, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
- Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain reports using Excel and other business software.
- Help manage and improve ClickUp workflows and task management processes.
- Assist with implementing AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Research new technologies and automation opportunities.
- Support sales, customer service, and operations teams with reporting and administrative projects.
- Document procedures and create process guides.
- Assist management with special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Interest in technology, AI, and process improvement.
Preferred
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, or project management software.
- Coursework or experience in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment is a plus.
