Dandelion Pediatrics is a small and growing practice looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who:

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising OT
- Provide therapy in Richland, WA clinic and/or at College Place School District in College Place Washington
- Support children with developmental delays including: fine motor and visual-motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, self-care and daily living skills, behavioral challenges, social-emotional skills, and digital addition with it's associated regulatory concerns
- Collaborate with OT, families, and team members to support carryover
- Document sessions in a timely and compliant manner
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current COTA or OT license in Washington
- Strong interest in working with a pediatric population (we will train you!)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in relationship-based practice
