Admissions Representative (High-Performance Role)

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Admissions Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment.
This is not an administrative role — this is a consultative sales position where you will guide prospective students through life-changing decisions and drive enrollment outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-impact interviews with prospective students
- Build rapport quickly and uncover motivations, goals, and barriers
- Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain consistent follow-up and lead nurturing
- Meet and exceed enrollment and show rate targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in college admissions, recruiting, or consultative sales (required)
- Strong ability to close, influence, and build trust quickly
- Comfortable working with KPIs, goals, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Are looking for an administrative or support-only position
- Prefer task-based work over goal-driven performance
- Do not have experience in sales, recruiting, or college admissions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
