We're looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and personality. We'll teach you the jewelry business from the ground up.
Compensation
Starting Salary: From $50,000+ annually (based on experience)
Once fully trained, you'll transition to a competitive salary plus performance-based bonus structure, offering exceptional long-term earning potential based on your individual success and the success of the company.
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
This isn't a typical retail sales position.
We invest heavily in developing our team. Through an extensive training program, you'll gain expertise in diamonds, gemstones, custom jewelry, customer relationships, and luxury sales while working directly alongside experienced leadership.
Our comprehensive training program typically spans 18 months, giving you the knowledge and confidence to become a trusted jewelry professional and advisor—not just a salesperson.

Schedule
- Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday: Off
