Coordinate and process funding for real estate transactions

Prepare and disburse outgoing checks in accordance with funding guidelines

Ensure checks are accurately prepared, balanced, and issued within deadlines

Communicate with lenders, processors, and agents to resolve funding conditions

Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure timely disbursement

Organize, maintain and update detailed transaction records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and able to meet daily deadlines

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
