About the Role
We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable team member to help grow Ambrosia Pizza's presence on social media while also pitching in on kitchen prep and pizza-making. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves food content as much as they love making great pizza, think TikTok/Instagram Reels of dough tosses, topping close-ups, behind-the-scenes kitchen moments, and customer favorites, paired with hands-on shifts helping the cook team.
What You'll Do
Content & Social Media (primary focus)
- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) showcasing our pizza, kitchen process, and daily specials
- Take photos of finished pizzas, prep work, and shop atmosphere for Instagram/Facebook posts
- Manage and post to our social accounts on a consistent schedule
- Respond to comments/DMs and engage with the local community online
- Track what content performs well and adjust strategy
- Coordinate simple promos, giveaways, or seasonal content pushes
Kitchen Support (secondary focus)
- Assist with pizza prep: dough stretching, sauce, toppings, oven work
- Support the cook team during rushes
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help keep the kitchen stocked and organized
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable being on camera and behind it
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar - no professional experience required, but nice to have)
- Genuine interest in food/pizza content - bonus if you already post food content for fun
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- No prior cooking experience required, but willingness to learn hands-on kitchen work is a must
- Must be 18+ (or state minimum) for kitchen equipment use
Schedule
Part-time or full-time available - flexible scheduling based on content needs and kitchen shift coverage.
Pay
$17-$20/hour. Content bonuses available for high-performing posts.
