Job Summary
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. You’ll manage case files, handle client communication, and prepare legal documents to ensure every case is handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Manage case files using legal case management software (CMS).
- Maintain regular communication with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
- Support attorneys with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal (personal injury experience strongly preferred)
- Federal Court Experince 1 - 2 year
- Proficiency in legal CMS software
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
