Part-Time Kennel Team Member
We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Part-Time Kennel Team Member to help provide exceptional care for our boarding and hospitalized dogs and cats.
Our kennel team plays an essential role in ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while away from home.
What You'll Do
As a Kennel Team Member, you'll be responsible for the daily care and well-being of our patients and boarders by:
- Feeding and providing fresh water
- Walking and exercising dogs
- Cleaning kennels, cages, and common areas
- Monitoring pets for changes in health or behavior
- Administering medications as directed
- Bathing pets before they go home
- Providing plenty of love, comfort, and attention
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary facility
- Assisting with pet admissions and discharges
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members
- Assisting our team with pets being treated each day

Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the day. Team members should be able to:
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work around barking dogs, meowing cats, cleaning chemicals, and animal odors
- Handle pets of various sizes and temperaments safely and compassionately
- Be comfortable working around animal waste, fur, and occasional exposure to contagious diseases
Qualifications
- Previous animal care experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be dependable and committed to providing outstanding care for every pet.

Wednesday 7:30 - 6:00 pm
Friday 7:30 - 6:00 pm
