Location: Reno, Nevada | Full-time | On-site in a collaborative office environment where you'll work closely with experienced trial attorneys and gain valuable courtroom exposure.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have 1+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defense litigation, medical malpractice, or healthcare law is highly preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and trials.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy.
- Manage case files while maintaining excellent client communication.
- Contribute to business development and help build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
- 1+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong understanding of Nevada State and Federal court rules and procedures.
- Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense is preferred.
