Big Bang Fireworks is looking for strong operators who can run a tent, lead a team, and handle high-volume sales during the 4th of July and New Year’s seasons.
This is not an hourly job. This is an opportunity to run your own operation and get paid based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Bring and manage your own crew (3–8 people)
- Run all day-to-day operations (sales, inventory, deposits)
- Complete setup and breakdown
- Keep the tent secure, clean, and compliant
- Drive sales and lead your team
What You Need
- Proven leadership or crew management experience
- Reliable team ready to work long hours
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Must pass a background check
- Must attend training and be available for setup/breakdown
Pay
- 10% commission on gross sales
- $500 setup bonus
- Most operators earn $5,000–$20,000+ per season
- High performers can earn more
