We're hiring a reliable Groundskeeping & Facilities Maintenance/Cleaning team member to help maintain clean, safe, and attractive commercial properties through landscaping, general maintenance, and facility cleaning.
Duties

Perform routine groundskeeping including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.

Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, offices, and other facility spaces.

Pick up trash and keep walkways, parking lots, and outdoor areas neat and presentable.

Complete minor building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and basic repairs.

Operate landscaping and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
-
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
-
Assist with seasonal projects such as leaf removal, snow/ice treatment, and property improvements.
