- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Phone ethics a must
- Strong follow up skills
- Able to handle stressful situations (must be well versed in de-escalation and providing resolution)
- Ability to learn a variety of products and software applications (tech savvy)
- Must be detail oriented (manage one's self with little micromanagement)
- Time management and organizational skills are a must
- Professionalism
- Ability to show empathy, tonality, rationalizing, reassurance and positive attitude to all our customers (NON NEGOTIABLE)
