Salary: $175,000 - $185,000

- Assist in overseeing and managing the General Ledger department
- Maintain the corporate general ledger and allocation processes for subsidiary facilities
- Review monthly financial reporting packages, consolidations, and account reconciliations
- Support year-end audits, Medicaid audits, sales tax, property tax, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Partner with AP, AR, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting
- Prepare financial and project reporting for for-profit entities, HUD mortgages, and related compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, home care, or multi-site provider organizations
- Strong proficiency in Workday
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and HLOOKUPs required
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management experience
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
