Are you energetic, reliable, and LOVE working with kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team and lead fun, skill-based gymnastics classes for children ages 3.5 to 13 years old!
This is a perfect role for:
- Teachers or aspiring educators
- Athletes or former gymnasts
- Anyone who LOVES working with kids
- Anyone passionate about movement, mentorship, and making an impact
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 8:15 PM
- Saturday | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- We prefer open availability, but a minimum of 3 days per week works too!
Hiring For:
- Part Time

What You’ll Do:
- Arrive on time and ensure your rotations for class are set up (predetermined based on our rotation chart)
- Lead the class warm-up with energy and excitement
- Coach recreational gymnastics classes for preschoolers and/or children age 5 yrs - 13yrs old
- Spot and coach students as they work on drills and skills through rotations during class
- Take attendance and engage with parents to share student progress
- Maintain a safe, positive, and active environment
- Bring the fun! Be engaging, patient, and encouraging
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Gymnastics or movement knowledge is a bonus—but not required (we train all staff!)
- Must be upbeat, reliable, and ready to lead with confidence
