Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes or customer preferences, showcasing precision and creativity.

Guest Engagement: Greet guests at the bar with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service and hospitality and engaging in meaningful conversations.

Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Age Verification: Check identification to verify that guests meet the legal drinking age for alcohol consumption.

Ambiance Creation: Assist in maintaining the overall atmosphere of the bar, contributing to a welcoming environment for all guests.

Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening and closing responsibilities, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking up at the end of your shift, while checking in with the supervisor.

Optimizing Service: Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in the proper calling order to maintain optimum service levels, adhering to the 10-second rule.

Drink Preparation Standards: Follow company standard recipes for cocktails, utilizing standard measuring tools, and ensuring that each drink is made to specification.

Cocktail Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with drink recipes, seasonal specials, and industry trends to enhance guest engagement and recommendations.

Bar Food Service Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the bar food menu and confidently answer any questions guests may have regarding food offerings, providing recommendations when appropriate.

Efficient Transactions: Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process for guests.

Responsible Service: Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Collaboration: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service and enhance the overall guest experience.

Cleaning Duties: Be willing to perform basic cleaning tasks to uphold the standards of the bar area while working collaboratively with the team.

Additional Duties: Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
Requirements:

Previous bartending experience is preferred.

Technical beverage knowledge and expertise are essential.

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our restaurant operates seven days a week.
