Job Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations, daily notes and progress reports
- Documentation using WebPT software
- Instructing patients on various exercises
- HEP prescription using Med Bridge
Job Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited PT school
- Licensed in Washington State
