We are searching for a highly motivated Medical Assistant with excellent communication skills and superior organizational skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience assisting with primary care and pediatric exams, and will be comfortable communicating with patients and their families. The right candidate will also be able to perform tasks such as taking vitals, maintaining medical records, and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide appointment reminders and status updates to patients.
- Prepare and distribute clinic forms to medical staff and patients.
- Prepare patients for examination by the medical staff and assist them.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens.
- Coordinate patient flow between different departments in a healthcare setting.
- Work with medical professionals to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to protocol.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
