We are hiring entry-level to experienced laminators, and will train the right people. Fiberglass Lamination: run chop guns, roll fiberglass, gel coat parts and molds, and more. Lots of growth opportunity within our company.
- Experience with an understanding of fiberglass lamination is a plus but not required.
- If you're a painter, auto body tech, laborer, or carpenter who wants a new challenge, this is a great option.
- Need to be detail-oriented with an appreciation of and desire to build quality products
- Must be capable to move or lift molds around the shop when required, stand for long periods of time. Able to adapt to heat and dust in this work environment.
- We are looking for a self starter with a high energy level along with keeping safety and quality in mind.
- Must be reliable and a team player. All of us here at C&M are excited to get to work with new associates to teach them the proper methods of the fiberglass industry.

Most shifts run from 7-3:30 with some overtime at time-and-a-half. Must have transportation to work and be able to pass a drug screen.
- Pay depends on experience. Entry-level (no experience) starts at $13/hr with $1 increases after each skill learned, typically monthly.
- $200 of $500 sign-on bonus paid after 30 days
- $300 remaining of $500 sign-on bonus paid after 60 days
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions
- The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to, with or without correct close vision, ability to adjust focus, and be able to distinguish between different colors.
