Dispatcher/customer service representative wanted for busy plumbing company. Responsibilities will include booking and scheduling incoming jobs, answering phones, providing updates to customers, and other miscellaneous office tasks. We are an extremely busy company, so candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task. Currently in need of a FT employee Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm. No nights or weekends required. Pay starts at $20/hr.
Summary
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service representative, you will be essential in ensuring efficient communication between clients and technicians. Your skills in multi-tasking and customer service will be vital in managing operations. We are willing to train for specific duties, but experience in a fast-paced environment and customer service is required. Spanish-speaking is a definite plus.
