Dentist – Outpatient Community Health | Flexible Schedule | Dayton Area
A growing community health organization in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a full-time Dentist to join its outpatient dental team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys serving underserved populations while maintaining a balanced schedule and manageable patient volume.
The Dentist will provide comprehensive outpatient dental services including exams, preventive care, restorative procedures, treatment planning, and patient education. Providers typically see approximately 15–20 patients per day and work within a collaborative healthcare environment alongside medical and behavioral health teams.

Requirements
- DDS or DMD required
- Ohio license or eligibility required
- Community health or underserved experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills preferred
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
