Construction Lead - Project Lead

Veron Builders is seeking skilled Construction Leads with several years of construction experience and the ability to manage job sites. As a Project Lead, you will be expected to handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision while ensuring that the highest quality of work is maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-quality construction projects from start to finish without supervision.
- Maintain constant communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and train laborers on the job site.
- Ensure the proper handling of materials and equipment, including loading and unloading.
- Construct and dismantle structures as needed throughout the project.
- Be responsible for all actions on the construction site and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Several years of experience in the construction industry.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site every day, overseeing various aspects of the construction process.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and direct subcontractors and laborers.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with teams.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
