We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative RN to join our healthcare team. This role combines clinical expertise with administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless patient care coordination, documentation, and compliance with healthcare standards.

We have communities in Portland and we’re looking for a full-time Health Services Director to support them. Which houses residential care including designation for those needing bariatric care and apartments for those needing memory care. You can exercise your leadership skills and flex your clinical muscle. With a mix of daily to-dos and spontaneous situations, each day will offer variety and a sense of accomplishment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring skin issues, coordination of other care providers (hospice, home health, therapies), acting as a liaison between doctors, residents, and family members, and making recommendations to improve the quality of life for our residents.
- Assist with clinical assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and patient history documentation.
- Support direct care staff with procedures such as catheter care, insulin delegation, and medication administration.
- Oversee the use of EMR/EHR system - ALIS
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed diligently across all activities.
- Provide education and training to direct care staff and med techs
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and support staff
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare standards, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations
- Experience with resource management, patient care coordination, and process improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure collaboration between teams and patients
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Oregon
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams; excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Previous administrative or supervisory nursing experience preferred
