Key Qualifications:
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- PA state SLP and Teaching Certificates required (please include with your resume)
- SLP-CCC preferred; CFs are welcome with agency-supported supervision fee ($2000)
- Experience with school-based populations, including AAC and diverse learner profiles
- SLPAs may be considered in accordance with PA requirements
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities
Role Highlights:
- Serve students in one of these settings: elementary (autistic support, heavy AAC use), middle grades (regular education, life skills, related services, mixed case management), or high school (transition planning, real-life skills), or at a learning center focused exclusively on complex needs.
- Caseloads ranging from 30-55 students, depending on assignment
- In-person delivery of therapy services in supportive, multidisciplinary school environments
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available (35 hours/week standard)
- Engage in team meetings and collaborative problem-solving with fellow clinicians, teachers, and support staff
