Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in funding and packaging deals
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Work with registrations and DMV paperwork
-Month end closing of deals and files
-Assist with funding loans with our lenders
-Keep the office organized
-Payroll(can provide training)
-Book Keeping skills very important(payment tracking, closing and reconciling bank account)
-Good customer service skills, talk to customers and assist them.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Familiarity with front desk operations and handling inquiries from clients or customers
Bookkeeping is a must, basic payroll knowledge a plus, DMV knowledge is a good to have
