As a Houseman, you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel. This position supports the housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring all public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas meet high cleanliness standards. You will interact with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere in alignment with our property’s vision, mission, and values.
Compensation:
$14 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with tasks as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.
Qualifications:-
Able to work in varying conditions, including exposure to cleaning materials and occasional outdoor tasks.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
