Job description:
Role
Are you a high-energy relationship builder who thrives on the open road and loves the food industry? If so, we want you on our team! As our next **Manufacturer Sales Representative**, you will be the dynamic face of our brand across the foodservice ecosystem.
This isn’t your typical corporate sales desk job—you won’t just be selling a product; you’ll be a vital, strategic partner helping our distributors win. You’ll spend your days out in the field doing what you do best: building high-impact relationships, launching creative sales strategies, running engaging training sessions, and relentlessly driving market share growth. If you are hungry for success with an uncapped commission program and love a fast-paced, relationship-driven career, let’s talk!
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Conduct daily sales calls with Foodservice distributors and work alongside their sales teams to identify new opportunities.
- Market Growth: Drive sales through cold calling, networking, and executing strategic territory plans to exceed performance goals.
- Product Advocacy: Lead engaging training sessions, district meetings, and virtual presentations to educate partners on our value proposition.
- Event Excellence: Represent the company at food shows and industry events (requires the ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs).
- Travel: Manage a consistent travel schedule (including overnights) using your personal vehicle to maintain a strong presence in the market.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: Previous experience in Foodservice Distributor sales or as a Manufacturer Rep is highly preferred.
- Mindset: You are a self-motivated, strategic thinker who uses creativity to solve problems and build long-term relationships.
- Professionalism: You maintain a high level of professional integrity and a polished presence in all interactions.
- Logistics: You must reside in the vicinity of the territory, possess a dependable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and a clean driving record.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus.
