Join a global technology leader at the intersection of AI, high-performance computing, and marketing analytics. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience who excels in advanced Excel, enjoys building accurate reports and dashboards, and embraces AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. You'll partner with marketing, finance, OEM partners, and global teams to deliver timely reporting, support marketing programs, and ensure a high level of accuracy and service for internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote position with occasional onsite work (a few days a quarter), but applicants must currently live in the Austin, Texas area. We are unable to consider candidates outside of Austin.
-
Data Analysis and Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track marketing spend and performance. Turn raw data into monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, and respond to ad hoc analysis requests with speed and accuracy.
-
Partner and Stakeholder Support: Serve as a responsive, service-minded point of contact for cross-functional teams and external OEM partners. Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and fund transfers (including rollovers and shift backs) and oversee the secure distribution and governance of marketing and product content with clear, proactive communication.
-
Operational Excellence: Partner with Finance and Marketing to keep programs running efficiently. Document and improve workflows, support portal operations and system enhancements, and grow into an expert on co-marketing programs.
-
This is a remote role with occasional in-office meetings, so we're only considering candidates currently based in Austin, TX.
-
2 to 4 years of experience in a role involving data analysis, reporting, or marketing operations.
-
High proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas)
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
-
Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, visual insights (PowerPoint, dashboards, or similar) that drive decisions.
-
A service-first mindset. You enjoy being the go-to person for partners and stakeholders, and communicate with patience and clarity.
-
Takes full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and scope, following through to completion.
-
Curious about and comfortable with AI tools. You look for ways to use them to work faster and smarter.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities and double-check reporting before it's delivered.
-
Self-directed, proactive problem solver who works issues through independently and escalates with proposed solutions, not just questions.
-
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional, global stakeholders, tailoring the same message to each audience's role and level of understanding.
-
Flexibility for occasional early or late calls with teams in Asia and Europe, plus some weekly after-hours team calls.
-

Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
-
