NaturaLawn of America is looking for motivated individuals to join our team for the upcoming aeration and seeding season, which ends in late October. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lawn care, with the potential to become a full-time, year-round Lawn Care Service Technician.
COMPENSATION

$20 / Hour

Time and a half paid over 40 hrs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform aeration and seeding services alongside team leader on our customers lawns.

Operate all associated equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow daily schedules and complete assigned routes in a timely manner.

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS

Valid, NON SUSPENDED Driver's License

Can pass preemployment drug screen including for THC/Cannabis
No prior experience required - - PAID training provided.

Must be in good physical shape and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Offered compensation: $20/hr
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday
- Able to work outside, 7 am until 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Able to work Saturdays if need be
- Able to work w/ Team Members to achieve daily/weekly goals as required
