Position Details:
- You provide your weekly availability.
- We match you with clients based on your schedule and location.
- Sessions are 2-4 hours long in the child’s home or community setting.
- Your schedule remains consistent unless you request a change or client availability shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist children with daily activities and educational programs.
- Support social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Implement behavior management plans and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), other aides, and parents to support each child’s unique needs.
✅ Requirements:
- No experience needed – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a drug screening for federally illegal substances.
- Clean background check (no criminal history).
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (driving required).
- Positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
