We currently have a full-time Card Services Administrator, bi-lingual Spanish preferred, not required.
The Card Services Administrator manages cardholder disputes, investigates fraud claims, monitors risk reports, report findings and makes recommendations to management in response to findings. The card services administrator will effectively use various platforms to review numerous reports for logging and tracking information. The position will also serve as a liaison for both members and credit union staff.
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.63 per hour
