Crystal Coast Graphics is looking for a high-performance sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving revenue. If you're the type of person who hates being capped, loves competition, and believes your paycheck should reflect your performance, keep reading.
We help businesses grow through vehicle wraps, commercial signage, fleet graphics, wall murals, boat graphics, storefront branding, and custom visual marketing solutions. Our products are tangible, highly visible, and often become the centerpiece of a customer's brand presence.
We're not looking for someone who simply answers inquiries. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, generate business, and close deals.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Meet with business owners, and decision-makers
- Develop proposals and present branding solutions
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities
- Work closely with our production team to ensure successful project execution
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business

Compensation
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Top performers will have significant earning potential with no artificial ceiling on income.
Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and are designed to reward production and results.
