We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in managing jobsite teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Lead/Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, including:
- Managing daily jobsite operations and supervising subcontractors and crews
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
- Coordinating schedules, inspections, and material deliveries
- Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
- Enforcing company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Monitoring quality control and resolving field issues quickly
- Leading jobsite meetings and documenting progress
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial, multi-family or industrial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
- OSHA certification preferred
