Keystaff is currently hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team with Orange County, FL. We are looking for a realible,well-organized and enthusiast candidate.
Overview:
The primary responsibility of this position is to act as a liaison between the Utilities Operations and our vendors. Duties include, but are not limited to, contacting vendors to obtain account statements, resolving issues related to missing invoices, and maintaining effective vendor communications.
- This position will assist with logging invoices in Maximo, completing and processing change order forms, and updating internal reports to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of division activities.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting invoice processing, maintaining records, coordinating with internal staff and external vendors, and assisting with other administrative and financial functions as assigned.
Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour
Type of Work: Temporary (3-6 months depending on client's needs)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm/ 1 hour lunch break
