Pay: $24.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a professionally managed apartment community in Pendergrass, GA. This position is ideal for a motivated property management professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations, and contributing to the success of a thriving community.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community.
- Support leasing efforts by touring prospective residents, following up on leads, and preparing lease documents.
- Manage resident accounts, rent collections, payment arrangements, and delinquency follow-up.
- Process move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, notices, and resident files.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident requests.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of service requests and apartment turns.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Assist with reporting, administrative duties, and community marketing initiatives.
- Serve as acting Community Manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily apartment management experience
- Previous Assistant Community Manager experience preferred
- Experience with rent collections and delinquency management
- Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience using property management software (Entrata experience is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
