Position Summary
The Server plays a vital role in the success of our daily operations by providing excellent food and beverage service in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner. As the face of our restaurant and bar, servers/bartenders ensure every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Server Duties
Set up server stations for meal service.
Greet and seat guests promptly, offering menus and tableware.
Anticipate guest needs (special seating, celebrations, etc.).
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Check guest IDs when necessary.
Enter orders into POS system correctly and communicate with kitchen staff.
Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy.
Provide attentive service—checking satisfaction, refilling drinks, clearing plates.
Offer dessert and specials knowledgeably.
Process guest payments accurately.
Thank guests and invite them to return.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Answer phone orders and assist with carryout service.
Complete assigned side work, restocking, and closing duties.
Support team members and seek manager assistance when needed.
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food, cocktails, beer, and wine.
Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused.
Work Environment
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and a few holidays.
Standing/walking for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs).
A collaborative team environment focused on hospitality and member satisfaction.

Hours: 3:00 PM-10:00 PM (Schedule may vary)
Evenings & Weekends
Compensation is $8.00-$10.00 per hour plus tips for serving shifts.
