What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of the shop – greet customers and build trust
- Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
- Communicate effectively between customers and technicians
- Keep jobs organized and on schedule
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
- Help drive repeat business and positive reviews
What We’re Looking For:
- Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive background a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, positive attitude
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities efficiently
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No Weekends
