PARTNER TRACK – FINE ART DRIVER & ART HANDLER ~30 hrs pr wk/~$30 pr hr equivalent
California Art Delivery is seeking an entrepreneurial, reliable, and growth-oriented individual to join our team on a Partner Track.
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants more than simply performing deliveries. We are looking for an individual who wants to help build a business, contribute to its growth, develop long-term client relationships, and potentially grow into a leadership and partnership role within the organization.
An entrepreneurial mindset is strongly preferred.
DRIVING RECORD REQUIREMENTS
A clean driving record is required.
Candidates must have:
- No moving violations No speeding tickets No distracted driving citations No at-fault accidents A driving history that qualifies for commercial insurance coverage
Because this opportunity involves operating company vehicles, transporting high-value artwork, and representing California Art Delivery throughout California, safe and responsible driving is essential.

California Art Delivery specializes in white-glove transportation, delivery, placement, installation, and logistics services for paintings, sculptures, antiques, luxury furnishings, and other high-value items for galleries, designers, artists, collectors, museums, and luxury residences throughout California.
We are known for professionalism, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and long-term relationships with our clients.
SERVICE AREAS
This opportunity is primarily focused on:
- San Francisco Bay Area Silicon Valley Carmel and the Monterey Peninsula Wine Country Sacramento and surrounding communities
Most client work occurs within these core service areas.
California Art Delivery also services Southern California on a regular basis.
As part of our statewide operating model, the successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout California and participate in periodic vehicle and artwork transfers between Northern and Southern California.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transportation and handling of paintings, sculptures, antiques, luxury furnishings, and other high-value items White-glove delivery, placement, and installation services Client relationship management Route execution and quality control Gallery, designer, artist, and collector relationship development Referral generation and networking Maintaining company reputation and service standards Coordinating with logistics personnel Identifying opportunities for operational improvement Assisting with business development efforts Helping grow the company through exceptional service and relationship-building
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Clean driving record and insurable Entrepreneurial mindset Professional, trustworthy, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-service orientation Self-motivated and able to work independently Problem solver Comfortable interacting with galleries, designers, artists, collectors, and luxury clientele Interested in long-term growth opportunities Able to travel throughout California when needed Comfortable with occasional overnight travel Experience in art handling, installation, logistics, transportation, furniture delivery, moving, or white-glove services is helpful but not required
