Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards throughout the shift.
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety management protocols to prevent contamination.
- Help with serving food during meal times, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of dishes when required to assist with quality control.
Skills
- Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods.
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling and heavy lifting techniques.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portion control.
